Join us for the final program in our year-long series, Lessons from the Tam O’Shanter. This illustrated lecture with staged readings will focus on the merchant vessel, Tam O’Shanter, and her twenty-five year history.
Much exciting new research will illuminate Freeport’s long and successful maritime past and this presentation will explore how shipbuilders, owners, and Masters were affected by the emergence of steam-powered vessels.
